Quinquennial Inspections

A Quinquennial Inspection is a condition survey, undertaken every five years, to assess the fabric of Church buildings and to ensure that the buildings are in good repair.
We undertake a number of Quinquennial Inspections for a number of Churches, Manses, and other ecclesiastical buildings.

We had our five year Quinquennial Inspection and Report undertaken in May 2024.   We were pleased that once again we were able appoint Vagdia and Holmes.

The Practice has been very involved with the Church, having overseen a major Church Redevelopment Programme in 2014, as well as undertaking the last Quinquennial Inspection, in 2019.

We continue to enjoy a solid and professional working relationship with Dhiran and the team.  The approach is friendly, with a willingness to discuss any issues in order to resolve them promptly.

Draft Reports and Schedules were issued within ten days of their inspection. The Reports are very easy to read and follow, with action points clearly identified.

I would certainly have no hesitation in recommending Vagdia and Holmes generally, and in particular, for their work with Churches, where clearly, they are experts in their field.
