Working with the Public Sector, and on publicly funded projects

We are committed to delivering cost effective architectural solutions for all of our Clients, whether they are private, Public or ‘third’ sector (charities).  We spend a considerable amount of time investing in relationships, aligning our understanding to that of our Clients, and working with our Clients to help deliver their expected outcomes.

Our Practice has a working history with a number of Public Sector Clients, including Local Authorities, Housing Associations and Charities (that have public funds to invest), and we remain focussed on special, unique projects.  These are typically projects that require a different approach to architecture, construction and use, along with lateral thinking and collaborative working, but delivery focussed.

Recent projects of this nature have included the FORCE Coventry Eco House Project, retrofitting an existing Victorian industrial building to create a new Business Incubation Centre, and developing a new events centre within an existing building of significant historic value.
