About Vagdia & Holmes

Working with people, places and communities, helping them get more from their buildings
Vagdia and Holmes deliver high quality built environment solutions, through excellent client service and attention to detail.
Our Practice has a history of working and serving Churches, community groups, public and private sector clients, for over forty five years. We work hard to offer a professional architectural service, by listening and responding to the needs of our Clients, offering them project commitment and task enthusiasm.
We have been commissioned to work on a general cross section of projects, and by virtue of our reputation, we have a strong skill-set in delivering speculative residential projects, private one-off home extensions, and ecclesiastical, community and volunteer-group based projects.
Our Clients’ projects range from a few hundred pounds, up to multi-million pound projects.  In many cases, we are also able to access funding opportunities to assist our Clients, particularly, from community grants and commercial bank finance.
Our team consists of two working Directors, closely supported by four Architectural Assistants, and a Practice Secretary, and work all over the country, with active commissions currently in the London (South East), the Midlands and North West.
